From being discharged from Northern General in Sheffield the Fittleworth nurse has been amazing. Karen Totty is my nurse. I was contacted quickly and felt reassured from the start. Because of the care received I have been able to solve any issues and am comfortable changing my bag with all the kit that I need. The psychological support was just as important as the practical and I always feel listened to and really appreciate the words and smiles of encouragement from Karen. It is such a relief to know I can call if I am worried about anything.

Wholly comfortable with Mark Johnson the nurse who visited me. Excellent interpersonal skill and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know.

She is very helpful. She asks me a lot of questions to ensure that I know everything to manage my stoma bag. She makes sure I have enough supplies for myself. S

Joanne price is one of life's helpers,.She has always been there for me with words of encouragement if I felt I was not coping, or had done something wrong.
She is kind, caring, patient, helpful & has got my sense of humour

At a time when reassurance as well as nursing expertise was very important, the services I received from Fittleworth, both in the acquisition of supplies and the nursing skills of Stoma nurse Karen Totty were second to none.
At the most difficult of times, it was good to know that all my needs were met and all my queries answered in the most professional and sympathetic manner. Having the knowledge that she would be visiting as needed made all the difference to my recovery.
I can confidently recommend the services provided by Fittleworth.

Mandy Smart is professional caring reassuring and kind,so exactly the person anyone could hope for with her fully competent range of care and support for stoma care and guidance.Her knowledge on this and her nursing advice is invaluable.It is a bewildering outlook to start a different way of life but you soon get confidence from Mandy’s calming well established methods.She is a dedicated committed lady with the patience of a saint.
